2. Free Trial & Final Sale
You acknowledge that you received a free trial to evaluate our course. All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges are permitted once payment is completed.
3. Personal Use Only
The course content is provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, distribute, copy, or otherwise make the content available to anyone else. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login credentials, files, videos, or printed materials.
4. Intellectual Property & License
All course materials are the sole property of Su Casa TLV Academy. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials solely for your own learning, until you pass the exam.
5. Access Duration
Your access continues until you pass the relevant real estate exam, at which point access will be automatically terminated.
6. Code of Conduct & Termination Rights
You must treat fellow students and instructors with mutual respect. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of your access. The Academy reserves the right to terminate access at its discretion for any violation of these Terms.
7. No Guarantees
While we provide guidance and educational content, the Academy does not guarantee that you will pass the exam. Outcomes depend on your effort and circumstances.
8. Disclaimers & Liability Limitation
The course is for educational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy disclaims all warranties and limits its liability to the amount you paid.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We process your personal data under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law (PPL), as well as EU GDPR requirements when applicable. We respect your GDPR rights to transparency, access, correction, and erasure if you are an EU/EEA resident. You may contact us to exercise those rights.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Israel.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Academy.
